Nifco Inc. (Headquarters: Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Pref.; President: Masaharu Shibao; hereinafter “Nifco”) announces that its heatstroke prevention system, “NETSZERO™,” has been fully implemented at Belluna Dome (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Pref.) since October 2026. Belluna Dome is managed and operated by SEIBU LIONS, INC. (Headquarters: Tokorozawa City, Saitama Pref.; President: Tsuyoshi Okumura).
* “NETSZERO” is currently pending trademark registration.

Nifco’s heatstroke prevention system, “NETSZERO™,” utilizes energy-efficient wireless sensors to enable remote monitoring of conditions at installation sites via PCs or smartphones. The system has been implemented in 70 municipal schools in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Pref., and implementation and field tests are also underway at several local governments, educational institutions, and private companies. In this way, the system helps protect children and workers from the risk of heatstroke and contributes to creating environments in which they can engage in their activities with peace of mind.

A field test of “NETSZERO™” began at Belluna Dome in July 2026. Although environmental monitoring had already been conducted at the dome, the number of monitored areas was increased and additional sensors were installed for the “NETSZERO™” field test. This enabled the automatic measurement of temperature, humidity, and WBGT (converted) values in various areas and established an environment in which these conditions could be monitored remotely.

“NETSZERO™” enables real-time monitoring of results from remote locations and automatically stores data, helping to streamline data collection and analysis.
In addition, measurement data is aggregated in the cloud on an intuitive, easy-to-understand screen. This enables multiple administrators to simultaneously monitor conditions across multiple areas and has facilitated smooth information sharing among them.
Following the confirmation of the system’s high effectiveness through the approximately two-month field test, Belluna Dome began full-scale operation of “NETSZERO™” in October 2026.

Since July 2025, Nifco has held a league sponsorship agreement with the six Pacific League teams—the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles, Saitama Seibu Lions, Chiba Lotte Marines, ORIX Buffaloes, and Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks—as well as Pacific League Marketing Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chief Executive Officer: Kentaro Narita).
Through “NETSZERO™,” Nifco will contribute to ensuring the health and safety of staff and players working at Belluna Dome, while supporting the creation of an environment in which baseball fans can enjoy watching games with peace of mind. As a league sponsor, Nifco will also continue to support the growth of the Pacific League.
