We accept online inquiries 24 hours a day but depending on the nature of the inquiry it may take a little time to reply. In some circumstances we reserve the right to not make a reply.
Responses to inquiries made outside of regular office hours (Sat, Sun, national holidays, year end / new year closure etc...) will be made on the next business day and based on the timeline received. Thank you for your understanding.

Nifco Group’s whistle-blowing system (Reporting Contact for Business Partners)
The Nifco Group has established an internal whistle-blowing system.
In addition, to ensure the effectiveness of the “Whistleblower Protection Act” in Japan, we have established contacts (internal and external) for reporting by business partners.
In the operation of this system, we are committed to protecting the privacy of those who report or consult with us, and to preventing unfavorable treatment resulting from such reports.
