Precautions for Intended Applications
- Our company's plastic buckles have been developed primarily for use on bags and in apparel products.
Please refrain from using the products listed in this catalog with products marked with SG symbols (products approved by the Consumer Product Safety Association). - Choose products (buckles) that match the strap width. If you use a buckle that is not of the correct size, an excessive load could be placed on the buckle, causing it to slip, get damaged, or not work properly.
In addition, the strap could get distorted or twisted, so please refrain from using incorrect sized buckles. - Do not leave buckles outdoors for prolonged periods because the products could become discolored or deteriorate physically.
- Do not use buckles under conditions where chemical products or special fluids, etc. could adhere directly or indirectly to the buckles because this could cause physical damage to the buckles.
- Do not use buckles in positions where they are constantly subjected to strong forces or impact because they could become deformed or damaged.
- Do not use buckles in positions where they are close to a heat source or become exposed to high temperatures because they could become deformed or deteriorate.
- Do not use plastic buckles in combination with metallic products because that could cause the buckles to wear out or get deformed.
- Do not use buckles under conditions where sand, dust, or dirt, etc. could adhere to the buckles and lead to lower performance or damage.
- When our company's buckle products are to be used in situations where special specifications or standards are required or when selling them through retail stores, etc., please consult our company's quality assurance department, for guidance.
- In case you need confirmation regarding the absence of environmental-burdening substances with regard to our buckle products, please contact the dealer or our sales representative.
- Certain particular types of products can not be sold in certain countries of the world.

Precautions for Use
- Join the male and female ends of the buckles squarely. In order to confirm that they are firmly locked together, pull them back in opposite directions.
Using the buckles with the ends not firmly in place could result in deformation, damage, or slippage. - Refrain from applying strong shocks to the buckles, such as throwing, stepping on them, or hitting them against other objects, as the buckles could be damaged or deformed lead as to failure to close property.
- Avoid using the buckles improperly, as that could cause deformation or damage. The correct operating procedure is illustrated for each product in this catalog.
- If sand, dust, dirt, or other foreign particles have adhered to the buckles, please clean them off before usage.
Failure to do so could result in lowered performance or damage. - When using the buckles, please beware of injury.
We will not be held responsible for damage to the buckles, personal injuries, or other damage due to improper usage, rough handling, or unauthorized modification of the buckles. - Please confirm whether there are cracks, fissures, or deformation, etc. before using the buckles.
If any abnormalities are noticed, please stop using the buckles immediately. - When the buckles cannot be joined smoothly, apply plastic lubricants to the buckles. Failure to do so could cause the buckles to wear out or impair their performance, so please use precaution.
